How it Works
Step One:
Inquiry
Reach out and tell us a little about your event! You can submit a website inquiry, email info@boozytravelerspirits.com, or call us at 863.899.8528. We'll check our calendar, and have you answer some questions so that we can get to know you and your ideal event experience.
Pro tip: check with your venue regarding their policy with outside vendors.
Step Two:
Custom Proposal
We'll take everything we learned about your event, from number of guests to the libations you love, and create a custom proposal and detailed contract for your review.
Step Three:
Contract & Deposit
When you're ready to sign on the dotted line, we'll get your contract finalized and take a 50% deposit. At this time, your event is reserved with Boozy Traveler Mobile Spirits. Yay!
Step Four:
Questionnaire & Consultation
About 2-3 months before your event, we'll send you one last questionnaire to begin finalizing all the fun little details that make your event extra special. We'll work with you to set the menu, answer any last-minute questions, and confirm expectations. We'll also provide a comprehensive shopping list with specific quantities of alcohol, so you can have everything purchased long before your event.
Step Five:
Event
We'll be there two hours before the event to set up and receive the alcohol order. Our top-notch service will ensure drinks start flowing on time. Easy peasy!
