It all depends on which bar you choose along with any additional add ons. Our rentals fees begin at $450.
Our standard service area is within 30 miles of Lakeland, Florida. We charge $1.00 for each additional mile outside of our service area.
Due to licensing in the State of Florida, we are not able to purchase Alcohol for your event. We can easily put you in contact with one of our Business Partners who can secure you beverages of choice and have it delivered to your event.
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. We can do our best to accommodate a date change, but cancellations made within 60 days of your event cannot be refunded. All rentals must be fully paid no later than 2 weeks before your event.
We cannot accommodate rain dates for your event due to our advance booking. The Host is responsible for event weatherproofing. We are happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size.
Yes depending on building access. Our Scout Prosecco cart can fit in most indoor venues provided they have ramps and double door access. Our Queen Bee will fit in some Venues again depending on access. Please let us know which Venue you have secured, and we can provide a firm answer.
Our pricing is all inclusive minus the Alcohol. This means we will bring everything necessary for your event.
